Karate & Yoga, the two disciplines which are so vital in fitness is tutored by a dedicated Yoga/Karate Teacher.
Classes I to VII have compulsory yoga classes of half an hour duration per week. Selected students of classes I to V are given special training for yoga. This is of an hour's duration per week. They are taught normal yogasanas, yogamudras and different pranayamas.
An Inter-house Yoga competition is conducted every year. Each house selects a team of 5 members to represent them.The best house is given an ever rolling trophy from the school. The best performer is given a medal by the yoga department. This competition is based on special asanas.

Karate classes are for selected students of classes I to XII. These weekly classes are for one hour. The rules and regulations of the International Karate Academy , Malaysia are followed and the syllabus is based on SHOTOKAN KARATE JAPAN. Exams in karate are conducted at each level and qualified students are presented with certificates.
The Belt categories are WHITE, YELLOW, ORANGE, BLUE, GREEN, PURPLE, BROWN-III, BROWN-II, BROWN-I, and BLACK BELT.

Kalaripayattu is an ancient martial art of Kerala. Practice is given to selected students.
